Digital Optimisation Manager- Central Manchester - c.£40k + bens


A renowned national retail institution seeks an optimisation manager to spearhead their CRO/Growth Hacking footprint.  Maintaining and developing the digital product offerings, co-ordinating digital change activities, and monitoring performance analysis: this is a multi-faceted role that offers a platform for optimisation excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the optimisation of digital customer interactions across all platforms (desktop, mobile, etc).
  • Accurately measure conversation activities to increase optimisation opportunities
  • Champion digital platforms across the organisation
  • Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of digital products
  • Execute digital content requests and the prioritise workloads
  • Champion and prioritisation of Customer UX

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Experience of managing diverse platform streams
  • A proactive approach to identifying business process improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Analytics and Data Interpratation evangelist
  • Experience of delivering change
  • Degree or equivalent in business/marketing/digital/digital marketing
